Sciascia Law Office is the successor firm to Klossner & Sciascia which was founded by Daniel W. Klossner and Joseph G. Sciascia in October of 1978.
In 1984 Daniel W. Klossner was elected to Dodge County Circuit Court and Joseph G. Sciascia continued in practice as a sole proprietorship.
Attorney Sciascia has served as Dodge County Assistant Family Court Commissioner from 1984 until 1992 and from 1992 to the present has served as the Family Court Commissioner for Dodge County on a part time basis.
In order to avoid conflicts of interest in family law matters we do not accept any family law cases.
Attorney Sciascia serves as City Attorney for the City of Juneau and as Village Attorney for the Village of Iron Ridge. In that capacity he handles the drafting of ordinances, traffic prosecutions, municipal contract and civil litigation involving the City or Village. He also serves regulatory as special prosecutor for several other municipalities in the County, handling traffic prosecution and other litigation.
Our fields of practice include various aspects of municipal and land use law such as zoning and variances cases. We also handle residential and commercial real estate transactions for buyer and sellers, including persons who wish to sell their property without the services of a realtor.
Attorney Sciascia is an agent for Attorneys' Title Guaranty Fund, Inc., allowing us to write title insurance for transactions in Dodge County.
